At Camvera, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and smooth billing experience for all customers. This Billing Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how billing works, and the terms associated with each method.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

a. PayPal

We accept secure payments through PayPal.

Customers can pay using their PayPal.
Payments are processed instantly through PayPal’s secure checkout.
No additional fees are charged by Camvera (PayPal may charge fees depending on your account).

b. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for selected regions where our courier partners support COD.

Customers pay in cash at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to a restriction on using COD for future purchases.

2. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all billing details.
For PayPal orders, payment confirmation is automatic.
For COD orders, confirmation may require verification (SMS/email confirmation).

3. Currency

All prices on our website are shown in USD (or your local currency if supported).
Final billing amounts depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate.

4. Billing Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways.
PayPal processes all online payments safely, and we never store your payment information.

5. Failed Payments

If a PayPal payment fails, your order will not be shipped until payment is completed.
COD orders may be canceled if the delivery address is invalid or unverified.
